The use of honey and cinnamon




Honey is good for different kind of diseases without having any side effects and it does not have a bad taste.
If honey is taken with medicating purposes, it could be giving to diabetic patient. In 1995 weekly world news Canada, published a list of diseases that can be treated with cinnamon and honey.

Heart disease:
Honey and cinnamon can help to reduce the cholesterol in the arteries. Nursing homes in the United States have discovered that old age causes veins and arteries to lose flexibility but after treated successfully with cinnamon and honey are revitalized and regaining flexibility.

How to:
Make a simple paste of honey and cinnamon; use it on bread as spread, instead of jam or butter and eat it regularly for breakfast,

ARTHRITIS:
Recent studies from Copenhagen University found that when researchers treated their patients with one tablespoon honey and half of cinnamon powder before breakfast; 200 patients who submitted to the treatments, within 7 days, 73 patients were relieved of pain.

 How to:
 Mix one part honey with two parts of warm water and then add a level teaspoon of cinnamon, make a paste and massage slowly onto the affected. The pain will recede within couple of minutes.

Hair loss:
Those people suffering from hair loss or baldness have a great natural solution.

How to:
In warm olive oil, mix one teaspoon of honey and one tablespoon cinnamon powder, make a paste and apply before taking going in to the shower. Leave on scalp for around 10 to 20 minutes, and then rinse the hair.

BLADDER INFECTIONS:
Mix two tablespoons of cinnamon powder and one teaspoon of honey in a cup of warm water and ingest. This can destroy the bacteria that are causing the infection.

COLDS:
A person that have a common or severe cold, need to take one tablespoon warm honey mixed with 1/4 spoon cinnamon powder, daily for 3 days. This will cure most chronic coughs, colds and clear the sinuses.

The wonders of vitamin U found in Cabbage
